This week I am learning that some of the things I used to hold dear as a personal trainer are not particularly true. Yesterday I talked about whole wheat and today I break down another myth, that eating small frequent meals is preferable to fasting. Thankfully I am not an ego based man. I can accept that I was wrong, for decades! LOL. You know how I think by now, moving ahead is always best. If I learned something wasn't right then I just improve and move on; no crying over spilled milk. Without further ado, I have decided that James clear does a great job of explaining intermittent fasting so I will be reading from his article on the subject.
