I have to tell you that I get so confused when it comes to whole wheat. Some people say it has the same, or close to the same, glycemic index as white flour. Other people say it is the reason we are all gaining weight. You know me by now. The only reason I am confused is because I haven't taken the time to do the research. Luckily for you, I am at my breaking point. Today, I figure it out once and for all.
