613: Awareness: 5 Questions that Connect You to Others, and Why You should

We go through life with blinders on, complete tunnel vision, only experiencing what is important to us.  Perhaps that's a big generalization but I think in many cases it is true.  The majority of people go throughout their days mindlessly, not understanding that they are part of a collective.  Without this understanding they miss a multitude of opportunities to become more calm, more purposeful.

Today I talk about becoming aware of the people around you, how they were brought to you and why it's important to connect with them.

In this episode you will learn:

  • Why you need to interact with all people
  • How judgment stops the process of connecting
  • How people are gravitated to us
  • Why people are gravitated to us
  • How to see the lessons that are carried in each person you meet
