Each of us at one time or another (some people consistently) have eaten impulsively. Not only have they simply grabbed whatever was in front of them at the time but then they eat so quickly that they don't even taste the food.
Mindful eating is a solution to that problem. With mindful eating you become aware of when to eat, what to eat and why you are eating it. Today I talk about the benefits of mindful eating as well as how to perform it.
