The very nature of mindfulness is awareness.  While that is a simple statement to make, it is not a simple practice.  The majority of people are unaware of their surroundings, the thoughts and energies of others, as well their own bodies.  For the remainder of this week I want to help you understand the best way to cultivate awareness for all the things I just mentioned.
