I have to say that I have been pretty proud of myself for the last month or so. Even though I know how to eat healthy I would avail myself to lean cuisine and a variety of other low calorie dinner options at least 3 times a week. They were convenient and healthier than regular frozen entrees.
However, since researching for you guys and gals I have come to understand the absolute evil that is a frozen dinner. Simply put, these healthier options are still processed with a variety of chemicals, many of which create inflammation and disease.
Today I want to broaden your understanding of what processed foods are. In doing so I hope to help you eat healthier, safer options.
