Hopefully other parts of the world are a little more progressive in their thinking about naps. Here in the United States things are getting better but many people still see napping as a weakness. Thankfully, science is proving it to be the exact opposite.
Napping increases mental acuity and concentration as well as enhance memory. There are some things to be aware of though when it comes to taking a snooze midday, and I will talk about them on today's episode.
