Joy comes from living an intentional life. If you think about the times when you were the most harried, out of balance, it came from simply responding to stimulus that were thrown at you. You were responding but not actively making choices based on what was best for you.
I bring this up because many times people eat not because of hunger but because of habit or other societal factors. If you want to maintain your health and be lean you need to understand hunger in a complete way. That is what we will do today.
