Regardless of how much sleep you get sometimes you just can't wake up refreshed. You chock it up to a poor night's sleep or you blame your significant other for tossing and turning or snoring. The truth is we have all been leaving our wake up demeanor to chance for centuries.
Scientists have been able to determine exactly when the optimal time to wake up is, it's based on your phases of sleep. In today's episode I talk about those levels of sleep and an excellent app for android and iPhone that wakes you up capitalizing on that information.
