I am very pleased to welcome Clark Hamilton DePue to ZEN commuter. He is the author of the groundbreaking book, Meditative Fitness. In it he details a new process that he has developed that merges the physical aspects of exercise and Crossfit with the life affirming power of meditation.
To a lay person it would seem impossible to blend such disparate activities. Not only does Clark do so, he does it in such a way as to catapult the reader to uncharted levels of fitness and calm.
