There are hundreds of good articles online about becoming better with your alone time. They are all wonderfully well-intentioned. But many, if not all that I found, don't give you a background. That is why I felt it so important to make this series three parts. I wanted to help you realize not only the benefits but the reason you shy away from alone time in the first place. Without that knowledge you will probably fall back into old patterns.
Today though is the light at the end of the tunnel. I am not going to you some tips to help you enjoy your alone time. I am going to give you a step by step guide to increasing your comfort with spending time alone.
