Your habits are indeed your life. This isn't to say that you are nothing accept a collection of habits. But look at your life and see that there definitely are patterns to your life. That's totally cool. If we had to think about every step of the day we wouldn't make it past 8 am.
Ingraining positive habits is what makes your life meaningful. With the new year approaching many people are looking to make new resolutions. Screw that. Go deeper and investigate the steps you can take to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled.
