Like anger, we are taught at a young age to hide the parts of us that we do not fully appreciate.  Such is the case with sadness.  We are taught to put on a happy face for everyone, regardless of how we are feeling.

Today I talk about the reasons people choose not to express sadness and then go on to talk about the ways to use sadness to make you happier.
