366: Challenge Week: Think About It

I have told you several times about the benefits of taking time to reflect.  I never pushed it to hard though.  It was important that you came to the understanding on your own.  Today though I have a medium for my message of introspection, challenge week.

Today the challenge is to sop end 30 minutes thinking.  If you think that is all there is to it then you will want to listen to ZEN commuter today.

It will set you up for a perfectly chill weekend.
