I have already talked about the many masks we wear, the different iterations of ourself that we share depending on who we are talking to. Today I want to talk about the mask we never share, our shadow. There are facets of who we are that we repress. Parts of who we are that we feel would be derided by society, or at least people we know.
However, we should never disavow any part of who we are. In doing so we judge ourselves as dirty and unworthy.
