330: 3 Real Reasons Why You Might Not Want to Exercise
When it comes to exercising there are three types of people: those who exercise fervently, those who avoid moving and the majority somewhere in the middle. If you ask those who don't exercise you will get a litany of excuses. Some are original, but for the most part the standards are most numerous. I don't have enough time. My schedule is really busy. I have no one to look after the kids.
Most people who are more lethargic use one or all of those yet the truth may be that they are hiding the real reasons that are much tougher to express. I will talk about those three reasons today.
