Listen to this episode and all others below

"Make sure when you are saying yes to others, you are not saying no to yourself" - Paulo Coelho

Life would be so much simpler if we were not controlled by fear.  Fear is one of the biggest reasons people say yes to requests when they would rather say no.  However, if you want to have some time for you and your priorities you need to start becoming comfortable with saying no when it does not fit your schedule.

Today I talk about why you say yes to all requests and how to stop yourself when you truly want to say no.

Topics Discussed in this Episode

  • Why a Morning Routine is so important to success and calm
  • 6 reasons to Start a Morning routine
  • How to make sure you are not using your time for work time.
