When I talk about a purposeful life I hope you understand that I mean it's about making choices, not just letting life happen to you. Those choices mean creating goals and following through with them to the end. Once you do that you end up feeling invincible, able to tackle anything. How cool a benefit is that?
The way you verify the achievement of those goals though is by tracking them via the steps you take. Whether or not that is simple positive habit tracking or full scale goal creation, when you mark your success you have a visual cue that tells you that you are getting better.Today I talk about the benefits of tracking your success.
