Before we can learn ways to become kinder and less judgmental we need to understand what is at the root of our thoughts.  It will do no good to simply try and stop without understanding what is at the heart of our thought process.

Today I will discuss four cycles of judment.  In one of those cycles you will hopefully see yourself.  They range from hatred to higher thinking.  Come see where you fit in.
