166: Holiday Spirit: Regaining Peace with Traditions

LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE AND ALL OTHERS BELOW

It seems that most everyone is in agreement that the holidays have lost their spirit, their true meaning.  In my meditations I have been told that the spirit is veiled but very much alive.  To that end I have decided to spend the next eight days helping listeners reconnect with the true meaning of the holidays.

Plus my gift to the listeners at the end of the episode.
