196: The Happiness and Habit of Exercising

The majority of Americans do not get enough exercise. I am sure that the challenges may be similar for other countries that listen to ZEN commuter. But why is that? I am going to talk about those reasons in today's episode.
More importantly I am going to talk about how it makes you happier. After all that is the main reason for ZEN commuter. I don't want to leave you wanting though so I will discuss ways to make exercise part of your day, every day.
If you aren't healthy then your body is your focus and not the life you want to create. Start moving today so you can shift that focus to a perfect life.
