1045: Meditation and Weight Loss; Mindfulness Alone Can't get It Done

I don't know a ton about the Law of Attraction, but I am pretty sure it is not the equivalent of magic.  You can't just think of something hard enough and it will appear.  With that said, I do believe that concrete steps along with visualization will bring about a desired result.  Such is the case of weight loss.  You can't eat whatever you want and be inactive and expect to lose weight simply because you meditate.  However, meditation does facilitate weight loss in three specific ways; and I will talk about them today.
