505: A Grudge Will Always Keep You Distanced From Peace - Living the Tao

Your heart will always remain heavy, unable to find peace, as long as you hold on to resentments.  Learn to forgive. It's a lesson that's at least as old as 2500 years ago.  Today, in verse 79 of the Tao-Te-Ching, Lao-Tzu extols the benefit of living without grudges.

Question of the Day

  • Do you harbor any resentments today?
  • Who was the last person you fully forgave?
  • Have you ever felt righteous before?
